How each offer works.

The free community is a Telegram channel and stays free. Joining needs a Telegram account under Telegram’s own terms. Lessons, guides, and recordings shared in the channel are for members’ own use and are not to be resold or republished. Anyone who sells, spams, or disrespects other members in the comments is removed.

A three to four hour session at the Operators Academy building in Arizona, registered one session at a time like a class.

What is included

An office tour, an hour in class on operating the multiple prongs of a business, time with the HR department, a look inside the podcast room, live builds on the systems the companies use, and snacks and drinks.

Registration

Pick a date, pay for the seat, receive the address and agenda by email. Seats are limited per session and first come, first served.

Refunds

Full refund up to seven days before the session. Inside seven days, your seat transfers to the next available session. No-shows are not refunded.

If we cancel

Full refund or a transfer, your choice, plus we cover any change fee on flights you booked for the session up to a stated cap shown at registration.

Photos and recording

Sessions may be photographed or recorded for the community and for content. You can opt out at check-in.

Follow-up

Attending means one follow-up from a person within 48 hours about anything you asked about. No automated sequences unless you subscribe to them.

What is included

Payment

One payment through Stripe. Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Refunds

Pro packs and agents are digital files delivered the moment you pay, so all sales are final once the download is delivered. If a file is broken or is not what its page describes, reply to your receipt within 48 hours and it will be fixed or refunded, your choice.

License

Licensed to the buyer for use inside their own business, including with their team. Not for resale, redistribution, or use in a paid product.

Billing

Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe. Monthly renews every month, annual every year, on the date you joined. Founding rates are locked for as long as the membership stays active without a break.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the members page. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds for the remaining days.

Refunds

Membership payments are not refunded. If you join and the room is not what its page describes, reply to your receipt within 48 hours and the first payment is refunded.

Downloads after cancelling

Files you downloaded while a member stay yours for use inside your own business under the pack license. New releases, updates, the room, the calls, and the recordings stop at the end of the paid period.

Use

One person per membership. The room is members only; sharing sign-in links, recordings, or files outside the membership ends it without refund. No selling, spam, or disrespect in the room; the moderators remove members who do, without refund.

Recordings

Calls and guest sessions are recorded for members. Edited excerpts may be shared publicly; members who speak on a call may ask for their segment to be left out of any public cut.

What is included

Ninety minutes online with Aton on one problem, and a written plan within 48 hours of the call.

Booking

Apply through the contact form. If it is a fit you get a booking link. Paid in full when you book.

Credit

The full $1,000 is credited toward private coaching, a fly-in or a team program booked within 60 days of the session.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule with 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours the session is forfeited. Missed sessions are not refunded.

What is included

One dedicated call every week, 60 to 90 minutes, same slot each week. Every call recorded and transcribed, with action items delivered to a shared workspace within the hour. A weekly scorecard Aton reviews before each call. Objection Coach access and the Pro classroom for the client’s leaders.

Minimum term

Three months, then month to month.

Billing

First month paid when the engagement is confirmed, then monthly on the same date. After the minimum, cancel with 30 days written notice.

Missed calls

Calls moved with 24 hours notice are rescheduled inside the same week where possible. Calls missed without notice are used.

Recordings

Recorded through a third-party recorder until Mesa handles it in-app. Recordings and transcripts belong to the client and are kept for the length of the engagement plus 90 days, then deleted on request.

Software

Where the plan puts the client’s operation on Mesa, Mesa is billed separately at its own pricing and under its own terms.

What is included

Two days inside the client’s operation: morning meeting, floor observation, leader one-on-ones, a working session on the biggest constraint, a written plan the team can run, and a thirty-day follow-up call.

Deposit

Fifty percent when the dates are confirmed. Non-refundable once travel is booked. Balance due before day one.

Travel

Flights, hotel and ground billed at cost and capped in the scope document you sign before the deposit.

Rescheduling

One free move with fourteen days notice. Inside fourteen days the deposit is kept and applied to new dates within ninety days, and any non-refundable travel is the client’s cost.

Sales floor training, the recruiting system design and build, and leadership development for managers. Each is scoped in a one-page document before any money moves: dates, who attends, what is delivered and what is not.

Deposit

Fifty percent at booking. Balance due seven days before day one, or before the first session for remote programs.

Travel

At cost for on-site work, capped in the scope document.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule with fourteen days notice. Inside fourteen days the deposit is kept and applied to new dates within ninety days.

Attendance

Filling the room is the client’s job. Sessions run on the date whether the room is full or not.

Recordings

Remote sessions are recorded. Recordings belong to the client for internal use only. No resale, no public posting.

Recruiting programs

Ad spend, job board fees, video production and the Mesa ATS subscription are the client’s cost and are named in the scope. Aton’s channel recommendation is given in writing; the client decides which channels get built.

The guarantee

There is no results guarantee. The guarantee is the deliverable: the system named in the scope exists and the client’s leaders can run it when Aton leaves.

Four formats for executives and organizations. Each is scoped in writing before any money moves.

Executive strategy session

Preparation from a short intake, a focused session with the executive, and a written action plan within 48 hours. Paid when booked. One free reschedule with 48 hours notice.

Private day

One full day with Aton, remote or at the Arizona operation, on one defined business problem, ending in an implementation brief the team can run. Fifty percent at booking, balance before the day.

Flyout

Aton on site with a defined agenda agreed in writing, working sessions with the leaders, and a follow-up call thirty days later. Fifty percent at booking, non-refundable once travel is booked, balance before day one. Travel at cost, capped in the scope.

Ninety-day advisory

Scheduled sessions with the executive and their leaders across ninety days, specific outcomes named in the scope, and a direct line with a one-business-day response window between sessions. Paid at the start of the term or in three monthly payments.

What is not included

Software builds, integrations, and managed operations are Front Page Intelligence engagements, quoted separately under their own terms.

Formats

Keynote (45 to 60 minutes), half-day workshop, virtual keynote or internal town hall, panel or fireside. Topics are on the speaking page.

Booking

Apply through the contact form with the date, the room, and the outcome you want. A fit answer within three business days. Fee and terms in writing before anything is confirmed. Fifty percent holds the date, balance thirty days before the event. Travel at cost, capped in writing.

Recording

Organizers may record for internal use. Public posting of the full talk needs written permission; short clips with credit are welcome.

Podcast appearances

No fee. Apply with the show, the audience, and the topic. The show provides the recording and at least one clip Aton can share.

Cancellation

Organizer cancellations inside thirty days keep the deposit. If Aton cannot appear, the deposit is refunded in full or the date is moved, the organizer's choice.

Who

Executives and owners running real operations. Eight seats. Application only, and most applications are declined.

What is included

Two days in Arizona four times a year, a monthly private call with Aton, a monthly group call, a direct line with a one-business-day response window, two fly-ins a year, and first access to Front Page Intelligence products with implementation support.

Billing

Paid annually when the seat is offered, or monthly by arrangement. Renewal is by invitation, not automatic.

Refunds

Full refund if you withdraw before the first Arizona session. None after it.

Travel

Members cover their own travel to Arizona. Meals and one evening together at each session are included.

Confidentiality

What is said in the room stays in the room. Members sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before the first session.

Applications

Every application gets a reply within three business days: an invitation, a better-fit resource, or a follow-up question. Applying does not create an obligation on either side.

Who is not a fit

Anyone looking for a pep talk instead of a plan, anyone hunting easy money, and any owner who wants the team fixed without changing how they lead. We say so in the fit review rather than take the money.

Payment

Stripe handles payment and stores card details. We never see or store your card number.

Nothing here guarantees business or financial results. Examples on this site are real, with permission, and are not typical.

Changes

Terms can change for new bookings. The terms shown when you paid are the ones that apply to that booking.

Disputes

Talk to us first. Most things get solved on one call. The governing law and venue will be stated in the signed scope or the checkout page.
